Salalah Enduro Trip
Welcome to our all-inclusive Enduro motorbike tours through Salalah, Oman – an off-road rider’s hidden paradise just a short 2-hour flight from Dubai! Salalah transforms during the Khareef (monsoon) season in July, offering cooler temperatures (24–28°C), lush green mountains, misty forests, muddy technical trails, and crystal-clear waterfalls flowing fresh from the rains — a playground for enduro enthusiasts of all skill levels. Donkeys, camels, goats, and cows have unknowingly built the ultimate enduro trail network.
You’ll be riding the latest model KTM 300 EXC or 350 EXC-F Six Days, a world-class machine known for its power, agility, and smooth handling, even for those newer to off-road riding. Our experienced Tour Guides are with you every step of the way, offering guidance, support, and tips as you ride through epic landscapes. Whether you’re a beginner rider or a seasoned pro, you’ll be challenged and rewarded in equal measure.
Everything is taken care of — from high-quality bikes and fuel to accommodation, meals, and support vehicles. Our 4×4 support truck is on standby in case of any breakdowns or emergencies. We handle all the logistics so you can focus on the terrain, the views, and the adventure.

7 Day Salalah Tour
Duration: 7 Days – 6 Nights with 5 days of Riding and 1 day Rest

Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Salalah Airport and transfer to the Hotel to check in and meet the other riders over dinner.
Day 2: After breakfast at the hotel, we ease into the tour with a warm-up ride on a scenic route leading to the stunning Athum Wadi. After returning for lunch, we head back out for a second loop to explore the beautiful Kheshem Waterfall, wrapping up the day with a relaxing dinner at the hotel.
Day 3: Following a similar schedule as the day before, we’ll head out in the opposite direction, tackling a variety of hill climbs and trails en route. We’ll stop off for lunch at the picturesque Razat Waterfall, then continue on to visit the serene Ain Hamran stream before returning for the evening.
Day 4: This day brings the ultimate adventure as we ride an incredible trail up to the top of Dart Waterfall, where you’ll find an amazing flowing river, roaming animals, and even a cave. After soaking in the views and atmosphere, we descend toward the coast to catch the sunset views at Taqah Hidden Beach before heading back to the hotel.
Day 5: Today is a well-deserved rest day, giving you the chance to unwind by the hotel pool, relax on the beach, or enjoy nearby attractions like the local water park—perfect for recharging before the next ride.
Day 6: After breakfast, we’ll transport the bikes to the eastern region, where a fresh set of trails and waterfalls awaits. Known to us as the „Thousand Hills,“ this area offers stunning terrain and scenery—but we’ll leave the rest as a surprise for when you arrive.
Day 7: On the final day, we’ll ride to the top of the mountain range, where the terrain shifts to fast, rolling hills—perfect for opening up the throttle and enjoying a different style of riding. Along the way, we’ll stop off at a few more waterfalls before heading back to the hotel a bit earlier to wrap up the tour with a final meal and drinks to celebrate an epic adventure, and final head for departure.
3 Day Salalah Tour
Duration: 3 Days of Riding and 3 Nights Stay

Tour Price: AED 6,000 per person

(TOUR DATES ARE FIXED AROUND WEEKENDS – Arrive Thursday Afternoon/Evening and depart Sunday Afternoon/Evening)
Day 1: Thursday – Arrival at Salalah International Airport (Oman) in the afternoon/evening, pick up and transfer to Fanar Hotel in Hawana, Salalah (30min drive), arranged by 2nd Gear. Meet and great all the riders over dinner at the Hotel.
Day 2: Friday – Breakfast at the hotel and gear up for full day riding tour with lunch stop and then back to the hotel for dinner after the tour. Tour will start with mild terrain to ease into the tour and get used to your bike before we head into more challenge sections. Stop off at Ayn Athum and Ayn Tobruk Waterfalls.
Day 3: Saturday – Breakfast at Hotel and head out for full day riding tour through different routes with a lunch stop and then back to the hotel for dinner. This day we will tackle an amazing trail that goes all the way to the top of the Darbat Waterfall, stop off for a swim and see Travertine Curtine and Caves. We will make our way down to Taqah Hidden Beach to watch a majestic sunset before returning to the Hotel.
Day 4: Sunday – Breakfast at Hotel and leave your belongings with us in the Hotel reception for check out. This day we will head in the opposite direction through vast wadi’s and hill climbs in order to make it to Hamran and Razat waterfalls to cool off and have a lunch stop. Hit a few more trails before heading back to the hotel a bit earlier to wrap up the tour with a final meal and drinks to celebrate an epic adventure, and final head for departure.

Booking Terms & Conditions:
- 2nd Gear requires a non-refundable 50% deposit from total booking price to be paid at least 7 days after the booking is confirmed.
- Remaining balance payment is required to be paid at least 30 days prior to starting day.
- For booking confirmed less than 30 days prior to starting day, full payment is required within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.
- Failure to pay the required deposit/balance within the given time will result in cancellation of your booking.
- A replacement rider is possible with no additional fee to the existing booking package.
- Final riders’ details must be provided at least 14 days prior to starting day.
- The booking is considered final upon receipt of the riders’ details, full payment and rider has receiver email confirmation.
Cancellation policy:
Riders may cancel their 2nd gear Oman tour at any time prior to the riding date. A cancellation fee will be applied based on the length of notice given. To officially cancel a booking, riders must provide a written notice to 2nd Gear. The cancellation policy is valid as of the day 2nd Gear receives the written cancellation request.
- Deposit will be forfeited for cancellation made 30 days or more prior to the starting day.
- 70% from total package price will be forfeited for cancellation made 14 – 7 days prior to the starting day.
- The full package price is non-refundable for cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the starting day.
Additional Terms & Conditions:
- Bike Damages: We don’t charge for minor scratches or dents, as we understand enduro riding can be tough on bikes. However, if a part is damaged beyond repair (e.g. cracked rear fender or broken exhaust), we will unfortunately have to charge for the cost of replacement with reason. This ensures the bikes stay in good condition and maintain the integrity for future riders. The charge will be based on the cost price we pay from the dealers after any discounts they can provide us.
- Mechanics will be present in the morning during preparation time, riders need to make sure your bike set up’s are suitable to your preference before the tour starts.
- Package price does not include individual purchase or any other extra services at the hotel such as laundry service, extra SPA time, minibar consumption, alcoholic beverages, etc.
- Waiver Requirement: Participants must sign a liability waiver before the beginning of the tour.
- Group Size: Maximum group size is 6 riders.
